I submitted a warranty claim due to the money clip not staying attached to the wallet. I received an email a day later telling me a support member would contact me. Used it for about a year - just bought the carbon fiber version - I do like the cash strap a bit better than the money clip - less chance of scratching something but giving it try. Great customer service and support when needed. A-Plus
Didn't really need a new Ridge wallet (since I've had a Carbon Fibre one for years), but I just like the brushed metal look. I've very happy with it, I've got an Air Tag Money Band module coming soon, hopefully it won't bulk up the wallet shape too much.
I love it, wish I would have ordered it years ago! I can finally comfortably keep my wallet in my front pocket.
